This is me and my friend Shannon ready to go run the American Fork Halloween fun run 5K. We dressed up as workout girls from the eighties. Our friends Jenni and Ashlee backed out at the last minute so we decided to still go and it was
alot of fun. It started at seven at night and you run through a graveyard during most of the race it was really creepy! I downloaded some Halloween music onto my
ipod which made it even more fun. We ran it in twenty eight minutes which is not as good as we have done in our other races this past summer but we have not ran for three months. Me and my friends decided we were going to run our first 5k in May called Running with Angels. Pam Hansen who is a client at Platinum Studio salon puts it on every year and we wanted to support her so we thought why not. We were instantly addicted and decided we were going to run as many 5
K's and 10
K's that we could. Our next race is Thanksgiving day. It's just four miles in
Orem. It's a good way to eat whatever you want the rest of the day! ;)
