We decided this past weekend to kayak Balboa Island . It was fun to see all the different houses and boats.
Every house on the island is about this size and has a boat this size in front of it.
Sometimes Cassidy likes to look "special" when we are taking pictures.
After kayaking we went to a small dog beach in Newport. Marvin had a blast stealing every dog's ball. He was chasing the ball into the ocean and swimming back. He was exhausted on our way home. Marvin loves the beach it's so funny to watch him interact with all the different dogs.
This was at six o'clock. Both of them were out and snoring! It was a fun weekend. Next weekend my friend Shannon and her husband Monte are coming out to visit and then I am driving home to Utah with them to work and then celebrate Thanksgiving I can't wait.

looks like fun! but i bet there wasn't a humpback whale and her baby 50ft away from you!! remember?!!
